Danbury, Conn.--Professional technicians and countermen who stand behind the Autolite brand can look forward to being rewarded for their loyalty throughout 2008.
To thank professional technicians and countermen that use Autolite products, the brand is launching a year-long promotional calendar that offers six different programs and a range of prizes.
Created for professional technicians, the Autolite Professional Technician Kit and Cabinet Programs will run from January through December 2008. The Technician Kit Program rewards professional technician accounts that have a minimum Autolite spark plug purchase of $400 with an Autolite branded shop clock, bay banner, door decal, Autolite catalog and two Autolite hats. The Cabinet Program rewards professional technicians that purchase Autolite Xtreme Performance, Autolite Double Platinum and/or Autolite Platinum Spark Plugs with an Autolite cabinet that can be used to display spark plugs and other shop products.
Countermen and professional technicians will have a chance to save at the gas pump with the Gas Card promotion. From March until September, the Gas Card program gives participants a $25 gas card from Exxon Mobil, BP, Shell, or Chevron when they sell 25 Autolite Professional Series Wires and/or Autolite Professional Series Coil-on-Plug insulator boots.
Countermen can help their customers save money when they promote the Autolite Mail-In Rebate Program. February through November, the program offers up to $24 in rebates on Autolite spark plugs and $6 for the Autolite Professional Series Wires.
Professional technicians and countermen can participate in the Gas Card program by contacting their Autolite Sales Representative for an order form and countermen can help consumers sign up for the rebate by having them complete and mail-in a rebate form.
The Autolite brand is offering additional programs in 2008 including the new Autolite Counter Stool Program and Autolite Jacket Program. The Counter Stool program runs from February until June and gives countermen and professional technicians a counter stool when they sell $400 of any combination of Autolite spark plugs, ignition wires or coil on plug boot products. The Jacket program runs from July until November and gives professional technicians and countermen an Autolite/NACSAR performance bomber jacket when they sell $300 of Autolite Xtreme Performance, Autolite Double Platinum or Autolite Platinum spark plugs. Both promotions require participants to provide proof of purchase by sending invoices and/or box tops.
