Park Ridge, N.J.--With its ongoing expansion into the suburban car rental market and the insurance replacement industry, the Hertz Corp. has joined forces with Aftermarket Rewards to reward Hertz partners in the automotive aftermarket industry with Aftermarket Rewards points that can be redeemed for thousands of brand-name products.
Partner body shops are able to earn Aftermarket Rewards points--250 points per rental--for each qualifying rental they refer to Hertz. In order to receive the Rewards points, a Hertz Corporate Discount Program (CDP) number must be mentioned at time of reservation.
Body shops without a Hertz CDP number can receive one by contacting their nearby Hertz location or sales representative.
Aftermarket Rewards notifies its members by e-mail once they have accrued points that are available for redemption.
"Hertz Local Edition has been growing steadily since its inception, opening more than 200 locations last year alone," said Martin Aita, Hertz senior director of Off Airport Location Development.
"The automotive aftermarket industry is important for Hertz as we work each and every day with thousands of body shops throughout the country," Alta said. "By joining forces with Aftermarket Rewards, we're better able to recognize and thank our partners for using Hertz."
As the exclusive car rental partner of Aftermarket Rewards, Hertz also has special offers available for redemption by participating Aftermarket Rewards members--a voucher good for two free weekend rental days on standard through full-size cars and a voucher for one free week on standard through full-size cars.
Full terms and conditions and details about redemption for Hertz rental rewards vouchers can be found online at www.aftermarketrewards.com.
