Innovative introduces its Panel-Cart
St. Paul, Minn.—Innovative Tools & Technologies, Inc. has introduced the new Innovative Panel-Cart to enhance shop efficiency and space utilization.

The Innovative Panel-Cart expands to hold up to six large panels or glass, and folds up to store in just two square feet of space when not in use. It can also be used as a whole or a half unit.

In addition to its space-saving characteristics, the Panel-Cart has 26 post settings for easy, custom adjustment.  And, it glides fully loaded on heavy-duty caster wheels to keep panels or glass secure and stable.  Heavily padded where it counts, the Panel-Cart keeps parts in perfect shape—no scrapes, dings, or dents.

Pneumatic Jacks offered by Zendex Tool Corp.
Danbury, Ct.—Zendex Tool Corp. RakJaks are the jacking tool for frame racks, alignment machines, and in all types of repair shops.  RakJak is one of the most useful tools in the body shop because it is compact, powerful, and very fast to use to install pinch weld clamps on the frame machine.

RakJak’s proven reliability and durability offers a cost-effective means of lifting vehicles on a repetitive basis.  The highly maneuverable, compact design saves time and is easier to move than a floor jack.  The large flat base is steady and resists digging in soft pavement.

Hobart introduces IronMan 230 all-in-one MIG welder
Appleton, Wis.—Hobart Welding Products introduces the IronMan 230, a DC/CV, single-phase, MIG/FCAW welder that delivers a 30- to 250-amp output (60 percent at 175 amps), suited for mild steel material ranging from 24 gauge to 1/2-inch.

Twelve voltage taps provide more precise arc control, while the option of a DP 3545-20 spool gun for aluminum welding makes the IronMan 230 a versatile performer for light industrial, MRO, and body shops.

The IronMan 230 replaces Hobart’s IronMan 210 and 250, combining their features in a single unit.

Ingersoll Rand offers its 3/4-inch drive heavy duty impact wrench
Piscataway, N.J.—Ingersoll Rand has introduced its IR 259 3/4-inch Impactool, offering impressive performance, value, and convenience not found in competitive models, according to company spokesmen.

The 259 has a non-biased motor that delivers 1,050 ft.-lbs of maximum torque in both forward and reverse.

The 259 is smaller and up to 2 pounds lighter than other 3/4-inch impacts in its class.  Together with its improved weight distribution, this makes the tool easier to handle.  And, unlike most other 3/4-inch impacts, the 259 doesn't require an upgrade to a 1/2-inch air line.  This means lower shop costs and greater convenience of use...all without sacrificing tool performance.

BendPak offers its LS15RS rotary screw air compressor
Santa Paula, Calif.—The rotary screw air compressor has become a popular source of compressed air for industrial applications.

A major reason is its simple compression concept: air enters a sealed chamber where it is trapped between two contra-rotating asymmetrical screws.  As these rotors intermesh, they reduce the volume of trapped air and deliver it compressed to the proper pressure level.

Combined with continuous contact cooling, the rotary screw air compressor is able to operate with temperatures approximately half of those generated by a typical reciprocating piston compressor.  The lower temperature enables the compressor to operate in a "fully loaded" continuous-duty cycle, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The BendPak LS15RS Hush-Quiet rotary screw air compressor produces more than twice the CFM of reciprocating piston compressors and features a virtually soundproof insulated enclosure and innovative cooling fan for nearly silent operation.
