Scholfield Honda will begin work next month on a $750,000 Wichita west side express service center expansion. "The idea is to be able to do oil changes, minor service and some bigger things without pushing that customer back to the primary service techs," said Chris Martin, company spokesman for Scholfield Honda.
Work has begun on a new location for Davis-Moore Auto Group's Mazda dealership on Wichita's east side. "The new location is expected to be open in February, Dawson Grimsley, Davis-Moore's president, said.

Wenquist & Sons in Broken Bow has been purchased by Dan Wenquist and his wife Amy. A.J. Wenquist & Sons opened in 1938. A.J. Wenquist and three of his sons operated the business together until two sons, Selden and Clayton, purchased the store and moved it to its current location on East Highway 2. They sold the store to their nephew, Stan Wenquist, Dan's father, in 1980.
Todd's Body & Glass is expanding. Todd Vaught of Aurora said that the 2,500-square-foot addition would double the size of his operation.
Keystone Automotive held an open house on Sept. 5 at the Omaha Distribution Center 8206 J Street. "The event was billed
as an appreciation for past business and welcomes all new customers as well," Darrin Cook said. "Two years ago, they had 350 attendees and this year, more than 400 people attended." Avery Kohorst, vice-president of Keystone Automotive, was in attendance at the open hours.
David Voth of Burke Sales Co. in Omaha was recently named Rep of the Year by the Arnold Group of Companies. The Greater South Dakota Chapter of the Muscular Dystrophy Association recently thanked the Sioux Empire community for its outstanding support of the 2007 Nordstrom's Resurrected Ride. Special recognition was given to the sponsors for creating a one-of-a-kind car for the third year in a row. Because of their efforts, a 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder was completely "resurrected" and raffled off with 100 percent of ticket proceeds benefiting MDA. The winner was Mark Lee of Valley Springs, S.D.
