The Auto Glass Technician Olympics (AGTO) is the event for auto glass technicians from all over North America to come together in an educational forum to compete and learn from one another. This annual gathering plays an important role in the AGR industry and is sponsored by AGRR magazine to ensure that technicians have the ability to showcase their skills and techniques through a premier competition and educational demonstrations.
In addition to the most comprehensive educational demonstrations by top technicians;
• A top prize to the first place winner of $10,000 in cash
• Innovation Awards to those who utilize new tools or techniques to effectively get the replacement done
• An opportunity to share and learn from other talented colleagues
• A 2008 Auto Glass Technician Contestant Polo shirt (if you're tough enough to compete)
• Watch last years competitors return to defend titles and see how they rank against this year's contestants.

Technicians working in a bona fide auto glass shop who adhere to the AGRSS Standard and have more than one-year in the industry are welcome to compete.
You will be judged on your installation skills, customer service skills, and overall ability to complete a replacement effectively and most importantly, safely.
