CRESCO, Iowa -- This Friday, Aug. 22, H & S Motors presents the 2008 Season Championships at the Cresco Speedway in Cresco, Iowa.

On tap will be the USRA Casey's General Stores Weekly Racing Series featuring USRA Modifieds, USRA Karl Chevrolet Stock Cars, USRA Karl Chevrolet B-Mods, USRA Hobby Stocks and Outlaw Hobbys.

A big field of cars is expected to be on hand for the season-ending battle at the high-banked 4/10-mile oval for the final points race of the season at the Mighty Howard County Fairgrounds, with track champions to be crowned after the final checkered flag waves.

Drivers, crew members and fans are invited to join us after the races for some great food and drink while we hand out trophies and special awards at the first-ever fan-friendly post-season awards banquet.

Pit gates open at 5 p.m. and grandstands open at 5:30. Hot laps begin at 7:15 and the mud starts flying at 7:30 sharp.
