Firestone Industrial Products offers air helper springs for new Jeep applications
Indianapolis--Firestone Industrial Products Co. LLC now offers Coil-Rite air helper springs for the 2007-2008 two-wheel-drive and four-wheel-drive Jeep Wrangler X, Jeep Wrangler Sahara, Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, and Wrangler Unlimited Sahara, as well as the four-wheel-drive Wrangler Rubicon and Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon.
Firestone's Coil-Rite air helper springs fit inside a vehicle's existing coil spring. They can be adjusted for varying loads and road conditions by increasing and decreasing the air pressure in the helper springs, as easy as adjusting the air pressure in a tire. The company also offers an Air-Rite accessory system that allows drivers to adjust the air with a push of a button installed on the dashboard.
A pair of Coil-Rite air springs supports up to 500 pounds of load-leveling capacity.
Transfer flow introduces 50-gallon refueling tank for domestic and imported full-size trucks
Chico, Calif.--Safely transport gasoline, diesel, ethanol, methanol, or kerosene with Transfer Flow's new 50-gallon refueling tank. Designed for both domestic and imported full-size pick-ups, this tank carries a special permit from the Department of Transportation, allowing it to legally transport volatile fuels.
The 50-gallon refueling tank is made from 12-gauge aluminized steel for superior strength and corrosion resistance, and is baffled on all four sides to reduce fuel "sloshing." The notched design, meanwhile, allows the refueling pump to sit below tank height for a clean, compact appearance.
The 50-gallon refueling tank includes mounting hardware, fuel cap, and a rollover valve; an optional 12-volt refueling pump, meter, fuel filter, and locking cap are also available. Transfer Flow also manufactures refueling tanks in 82-, 100-, and 109-gallon sizes, and Toolbox and Refueling Tank Combos in 30- and 50-gallon configurations.
Superchips announces Nissan Titan coverage
Sanford, Fla.--Superchips has announced its first product for an import vehicle with the release of the innovative Cortex performance programmer for the 2005–2007 Nissan Titan.
The performance-bred Titan is now even more exciting for on-road, off-road, and towing with a Superchips calibration installed. Users gain up to 25 HP and up to 27 lb.-ft of torque at 4,100 RPM.

Tire pressure monitoring system features "Green Means Good" indicator for ease of use
Cincinnati--The new Doran 360HD Tire Pressure Monitoring System provides the driver 'at-a-glance' status updates with a new patent pending "Green Means Good" indicator.
This next-generation system monitors up to 36 tires for truck, tractor, and trailer applications with wireless tire-pressure sensors that are screwed on to the valve stems and transmit a signal to a monitor in the cab.
The driver is alerted through multiple alarm types (audible, location, pressure, and warning symbol) and a new "Fast Leak" alarm so that low-tire-pressure problems can be addressed and costly breakdowns and repairs eliminated.
Installation can be accomplished in about an hour per truck/trailer. The monitor is simple to understand and operate and includes digital LCD screen with backlit display and four-way navigational buttons.
Spin-welded, heavy-duty truck-tested wireless tire-pressure sensors are corrosion resistant and deliver the longest life on the market. Additionally, a patent-pending "sleep" mode ensures that the vehicle stays protected at all times.
With this unique feature, tire pressures are monitored, but potential warnings are withheld until the driver turns the ignition on in the morning.
