A universe of uses for the universal Bedrug Mat
RSS Feed

Old Hickory, Tenn.--The Universal BedRug Mat from Wise Industries Inc. can be installed in any pickup truck - but why stop there?

Wherever you need a carpet-like surface that's soft, won't stain and is easy to clean, that's where the Universal BedRug Mat can be.

Like the original BedRug bedliner, the Universal BedRug Mat is made from rugged polypropylene fiber bonded to a bottom layer of polypropylene foam.  It looks and feels just like plush carpet but oil, chemicals and mud won't damage it.

Unlike the BedRug bedliner, it is not contoured to fit a specific truck bed.  The mat comes as an untrimmed, rectangular (5.5'x8') section of BedRug material.  How it's cut - and where it goes - is up to you!

For example, the Universal BedRug Mat can be used to line the cargo bed of utility vehicles like the Kawasaki Mule.  Or, it can be tailored to the floor of your bass boat to create a non-skid, knee-friendly surface that also helps absorb sound.

Around the house, it makes a terrific work mat for tackling dirty jobs such as lawnmower maintenance - even use it as a creeper to change your vehicle's engine oil.

Of course, the Universal BedRug Mat is always ready to be placed in your pickup when delicate items - a cherry wood table for instance - could be scuffed or dented in transit.  It's also a great camping companion that helps transform your truck bed into a comfortable sleeping surface.
