Littleton, Colo.--Auto Profit Masters announced the release of its Business Profitability Webtools to all repair shop owners.
This online suite of applications was developed by David Rogers and Terry Keller in their Littleton-based repair shop and was previously available only to full-time consulting clients of Auto Profit Masters.
Webtools allow shop owners to see their numbers the way that a successful shop does and is an invaluable tool for diagnosing and fixing bottlenecks, installing incentive pay plans for technicians and service advisers, and better allocating and managing a marketing plan and budget.
The insight provided by these Webtools allows shop owners to better hire, train, and pay their employees, more effectively remote manage their shops, and guarantee profits each month.
"We are excited to offer these Webtools to shop owners nationwide," said David Rogers, president of Auto Profit Masters. "If someone had given us the ability 30 years ago to see and understand our shop in the same way as successful shop owners, to control our benchmarks, make sure we made money every month, and to manage our shop forward instead of backward, we would have made millions more over the years."
The Business Profitability Webtools measure and track every aspect of a repair shop, including sales, average repair order, gross profit, work in progress, advertising schedules and expenses, car count, labor hours, parts-to-labor ratio, discounts, operating expenses, cash-flow summary, and even comprehensive service adviser and technician reports.
"The Webtools allow shop owners to make daily adjustments to problem areas that will ensure high performance and profits through the end of each month," said Terry Keller, CEO of Auto Profit Masters and Keller Bros. Auto Repair.
"These tools also come with access to our online coaching encyclopedia--containing all of our secrets and systems in an easy-to-access and simple-to-understand format--which empowers all staff members to learn, grow and improve daily," Keller said.
"Now you can hold techs and service advisers to a never-before-attainable training and performance standard in dozens of areas of the business such as recommendations per RO, closing ratio, average repair order, and gross profit."
