The tabloid publication is supported solely by advertising revenues and does not sell it's mail list nor charge for it's editorial coverage.

Published in Mountain, Midwest, River Valley, Southern California, Northern California, and Northwest Editions, Parts & People is the primary operation of Automotive Counseling and Publishing Company, Inc., a Colorado corporation founded in 1986. AC&PC is headquartered in Denver, Colo. and maintains branch offices in Kansas City, Mo., St. Louis, San Francisco, and Seattle.
