General Motors recently donated a 2014 GMC Sierra to the Arapahoe Community College (ACC) in Littleton as part of its GM Automotive Service Educational Program (ASEP). "GM has been supporting our efforts at ACC for many years, and their support has been invaluable to the education of our students,” said Jerry Viola, Director of Automotive Technology at ACC.

Allen Billings, Parts Director John Elway Chevrolet in Englewood recently hired Ray Padia to serve as its wholesale parts representative. Padia brings to the job several years of technical industry experience in parts procurement, having worked for Parts Trader and CCC Information Services. Padia said he looks forward to learning the mechanical side of the business while calling on repair shops in Colorado. Along with GM, Padia also represents the group’s Chrysler brands. In other Elway news, Mike Slatkavitz, parts operations supervisor for the group’s collision center, earned an award for May employee of the month.
