Meineke Car Care Centers Recognize Military Members This Veterans Day With Free Oil Changes For Military Members At Participating Locations, Collect Funds Through “Round It Forward” Campaign To Benefit Wounded Warrior Project

CHARLOTTE (November 8, 2017) – As part of its “Proud to Serve Those Who Have Served” program in recognition of its 45th anniversary, Meineke Car Care Centers® is honoring active duty military members and veterans across the country with free oil changes at participating Meineke locations on Veterans Day, Saturday, Nov. 11.
At Meineke, the “Proud to Serve Those Who Have Served” initiative continues a long tradition of paying tribute to the nation’s military members.  Annually, Meineke locations around the country provide complementary services to military members, host special recognition events and offers franchise discounts for veterans returning to the civilian workforce.

“The men and women who are serving – or have served – our country deserve our ultimate respect and support,” said Danny Rivera, president of Meineke Car Care Centers.  “We want to give back by helping them take care of a valuable asset – their vehicle – and raising funds to provide assistance to military members most in need.”
In addition to the Veterans Day offer, Meineke® Car Care Centers are partnering with Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP) throughout November 24.  Customers can visit any of the participating locations across the U.S. to “Round It Forward” by rounding up their bill to the next dollar with the proceeds to be donated to the WWP in support of the warriors it serves.
