Funds raised for Oregon high school student to attend SkillsUSA in June

Wilsonville, Ore.—NATA members and affiliates gathered at the World of Speed in May to welcome Mecum Auction Portland back and to listen to Mecum’s John Kraman discuss the auction process and answer attendee questions. More than 100 people attended the event. Everyone received two free Mecum Auction Portland tickets, a free lunch catered by Slick’s Big Time BBQ, and a free tour of the World of Speed Museum.

NATA members and affiliates also raised approximately $2,500 to help Skills Oregon winner Beau Belnap from Vale High School go to SkillsUSA National in June. Belnap will represent Oregon in the national auto tech competition.

The Mecum Portland event will be June 21-22 at the Portland Expo Center.
