H&H Wholesale Parts kicks off 30th anniversary celebrations

Arleta, Calif.—H&H Wholesale Parts, (featured in Parts & People March, 2016) recently kicked off its 30th anniversary celebrations with open houses at its Arleta warehouse and its Lancaster location.

Some 300 H&H customers attended the two events, which featured displays and special pricing from a variety of vendors, including ACDelco, Mopar, Magneti Marelli, Raybestos, Denso, Timken, Baldwin Filters, Standard Motor Parts, Grote, DrawTite, Alliant Power, Phillips, TruckLite, and SmartWasher.

Special guest at both events was “Fast” Jack Beckman, 2012 NHRA Funny Car World Champion and driver of the Infinite Hero Dodge Charger R/T Funny Car. Beckman talked to audiences about racing and helped draw winning tickets for the raffles.

Raffles were held hourly for H&H customers and vendors, with such items as electronics, gift cards, parts cabinets, autographed signs, leather jackets, and ACDelco swag. The events also included food and drink.

Attendees at both locations were also entered in the drawing for a 2016 Polaris Slingshot, which will be awarded at the main anniversary celebration at the Petersen Automotive Museum.

“We would like to thank everyone who attended our open house celebrations,” Jim Holmquist, H&H president said, especially those who braved the rain at the Arleta location, and those who came out to the Lancaster event. I know our 30th anniversary party and Slingshot giveaway at the Petersen, will be an event to remember.”
